Worship & Pray Together
@ DR Sunday Gatherings – 10am
We will be gathering to worship, hear the Word taught by gifted friends and family, hear ministry reports and personal testimonies. Check out our preaching schedule to see who’s in the house for the upcoming weeks.
@ Tuesday Evening Prayer – 6:30pm
We will be gathering to worship and pray, guided by a prayer leader using the Lord’s Prayer as our theme and inspiration.
Learn & Grow Together
@ 2nd Saturday Conversation Nights – 6pm
We’ll be hosting a leadership cafe’, a formative conversation with those of you who have invested interest in DR. We will be clarifying Biblical expectations for the Church as Family, and Leadership Development. Everyone is welcome, whether you are in a leadership role or not, to come participate in these inspiring and instructive evenings. See the Your House…Our Home description for more info.
Play & Party Together
What are you kidding…stick ourselves in our church building all of the time?!? As friends and family we?ve got to have a blast enjoying life together. Here are a few ways that we can do just that and watch for more throughout the summer.
@ Monthly Park Picnics ? Noon til 4pm
We will be gathering for a post Sunday service picnic at a nearby park to cookout, and enjoy the summer sun. Bring your grill, cooler, picnic basket , a Frisbee, football, a baseball and glove, soccer ball or volleyball, and we will get after an afternoon of fun. Watch the DR bulletins, newsletter and website for updates.
@ Concerts on the Square ? Wednesdays, 6pm (7/7 ~ 7/21 ~ 8/4)
We will be gathering on the lawn near the South Hamilton Street Stairs of the Capital for the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra’s 27th Season. This is directly inland on the capital lawn from the famed Irish Pub Brocach on the Square. Contact Joe@damascusroadchurch.com
@ DR Softball ? Monday Nights at Demetral Field
Tailgate and cheer on the DR crew as they lay the wood to their rival brothers and sisters in the Lord in the dramatic play of church league softball. Watch for game times posted on the website and in the bulletin.
@ Movie Night ? 4th Friday , 7:00 – 9:30pm
Inspirational, insightful and challenging are the types of movies we are looking to host at DRC! Looking for something to do on a Friday night?
